As a customer service representative for the past 6 years, I was able to acquire excellent communication and listening skills to help customers on resolving their concerns with the company, meeting the operational and quality process. As a representative, I worked as a sales and customer representative with Intuit Quick books and Turbo Tax software to United States users. I acquire my basic technical support knowledge with McAfee TechMaster Account catering to US and UK users. Aside from these, I have learned a lot about the travel industry working with Jetstar Airways (Australian Airline) via chat and phone providing customer care to passenger's concern for almost 3 years.

I am also equipped with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher. I am hardworking, efficient, responsible and fast learner so any task provided will surely be done to meet the deadlines.
