As Captain Words' former Global Recruiter, my responsibilities include scheduling of interviews and managing candidate information. I also respond to emails, and applications, and provide updates on candidates, sourcing for various roles based on task and urgency.

I also do postings for job openings on social media networks like Facebook and LinkedIn. I check job sites like European Job Languages as needed. I do simple screening and select qualified candidates for open roles. I do recommendations for capable individuals to CEOs for approval and feedback. Working as a Global Recruiter was one of my professional highlights, and the skills I learned will serve me well in my future recruitment job for many years to come.
