Arda Soysal

I am a Carnegie Mellon University grad, an ex big 4 consultant, an entrepreneur with 6 years of international work experience mainly focused on Product Management and Software Consulting. I help small to mid-sized start-ups to build useful, usable, and desirable products for their users and give consulting services to large businesses. My diverse work experience, entrepreneurial aspirations, and technical background allow me to build empathy with end-users, solving complex problems by analyzing customer pain points, and producing scalable solutions.

Having the experience of building a start-up in Silicon Valley and giving consultancy services in the developing countries gave me the practical capabilities to see the best of the both worlds, understand and respond to various stakeholders' needs in a meaningful way. I have the necessary experience working with remote teams living in different time zones consisting of software engineers, product & project managers, business analysts and designers throughout my career.
