I had multiple experiences in the industry, in my first 5 years I was working in a BPO company for a Telecommunication account, AT&T. I was profiled as Billing associate in the my first 6 months with AT&T, I handled billing concerns such as billing payments, due dates inquiry, unnecessary charges on customer's bill. After 6 months, I was profiled to another Line of Business which is the Customer Loyalty department and we handled calls for customers who are calling to cancel their service and our main job is to save them and offer something to continue their service with us. I stayed at that department for a year. After that, I was profiled to another Line of Business, DirectvNOW which is a sales department (upselling) we offer this streaming application to existing customers and we have a certain target of closed sales that we need to hit in a day. Cold calling/outbound, I had experience in this department for AT&T products and services. We would call qualified and loyalty customers to offer upgrades. We have a daily target is 25 closed deals and at least 100+ calls in 8 hours.

I had couple of months experience as an appointment setter in a Real Estate company based in Florida. Our main job is to cold calls Real Estate agent. Target calls in 4 hrs should be 250+ and at least 7 confirmed appointment in a week.

Currently, I'm working on a Cosmetic campaign based in Pennsylvania 20 hrs a week and have a target of at least 10 confirmed sales in 5 days. Minimum cold calls of at least 100+ in 5 hrs.
