My job now as Universal Agent for IHG Hotels & Resorts requires 100 percent accuracy especially in the hotel reservations concerns, resolving concerns of IHG Rewards loyalty program members, familiarity with the processes and guidelines, and being knowledgeable in all IHG hotel services, brand standards & hallmarks of each hotel brand.
