I am a skilled Sales and Production Estimator with a combined experience of 7 years and counting. I have handled various clients from different trades located in Australia and the United States. I can work using existing systems and procedures, or create a custom system for the client's use (which I normally do with my long term clients).
Some of the trades I have experience with are termite management, waterproofing, interior/exterior painting, flooring and carpeting, handrails, ladders, industrial access platforms, access stairs, and public infrastructures.
My tools of choice are Planswift Prometric 9.5 coupled with MS Excel to prepare custom material takeoffs and Bill of Quantities. I also am familiar with some ERP software like Epicor and ServiceCEO where I can reference the pricing of items to create a Costing file or Sales Proposal. If needed, I can also make do with ROM or Budget estimate based on available data. I also have some working background of other estimating programs like Bluebeam Revu, Onscreen Takeoff, and Groundplan.
I can work independently (without any supervision) and continuously strive to achieve zero delays on work deadlines. I have used different project management tools like Trello, Hubspot, and even Google Sheets to track job status and completion. However, I can also work well with a team as I do value collaboration and dynamics.
