• Identified misses in marking attendance on the internal tool which is the basis for pay computation and plugged the gaps resulting in $ 10 k savings - Created awareness in the team regarding Medical Insurance provided for the employees resulting in Monetary benefit for the employees with parents having a medical condition. - Followed up with employees to cancel their pick and drop while on leave which resulted in reduced costs to the deal being incurred in the form of No-Show penalty levied by the transport to the project. - Conducted Refreshers on policies and updates to the existing policy whenever they were rolled out by the client. - Provided solutions to critical scenarios on a daily basis & closed appeals for a team of 35 members being the Primary SME in close coordination with QA team. - Maintained the shrinkage level of the team below the stipulated target and ensured 100% achievement on Productivity Month on Month.
