Arantzazu Del Castillo Figueruelo

I am a UX designer with a strong background in Psychology and a deep enthusiasm for designing products that help people and solve real problems. I love working in a team with people with different backgrounds because I enjoy learning from their experiences and sharing my knowledge too. I've been working as a UX professor for 4 years at University and as a UX consultant for 3 years on a variety of projects (in mobile and desktop software). In both contexts, I've learned how important are human skills in any work process and the relevance of feedback to improve professionally. Though I'm happy jumping from project to project, shifting from teaching to design, I'm looking for a more focused work experience now, in which I can put my energy into a single set of products/services and work and grow with a smaller group of people.
