Overview
I possess a work experience of 12 years in Facilities Management, Sourcing and HR. For the
last 6 (Six) years, I have been attaining exposure of a multinational firm ‘DuPont Pioneer’. I
have been working in country's head office of ‘DuPont Pioneer’ in the role of an 'FS & RE
Officer (Facilities Services & Real Estate Officer)' and facilitating a staff base of about 120
employees spread all over country, as contracts administrator and administrative services
provider. I am managing employees’ major tools of job services including basic administrative
services, national and international travels, Visa Processing Services, Service Contracts
Administration, Managing General Sourcing and Company Vehicle Fleet Administration etc.
Before this I had the opportunity of working in the head office of the ‘Kashf Foundation’ a
MFI from the year 2005 to 2010, where I independently handled a fleet of more than 60
vehicles, managed a learning center and directly managed & supervised a workforce of 65
employees scattered all over country, in more than 200 branches and regional offices of the
organization. I am a highly motivated, disciplined & hardworking individual with strong
leadership qualities. I possess good problem-solving talents, creative thinking abilities, excellent
communication/ interpersonal skills, strong professional knowledge and an aptitude for quicklearning and training others.
