As a young and motivated individual I am extremely interested in submitting an application for the advertised position.

In November 2009 I started my career as a Technical Support Engineer in Concentrix Davao. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role.

I’ve been working in a BPO industry for 11 years and 2 years as a part-time in home-based , such as Appointment Setter and Sales agent of VOIP. My responsibilities in this role included providing assistance to the customer when it comes to product knowledge, troubleshooting and customer service.This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

⦁ Customer Service/Technical Support Representative: Responsibilities to assist the customers or clients with their needs.

⦁ Senior Technical Support Representative: Responsibilities to assist my agent's inquiry when it comes to product knowledge, taking supervisor and recommendation calls, computing their scorecards, and providing coaching.

My supervisors and employers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.
