My career began 8 years ago. I was hired as a retention specialist/customer service support for dietary and skin care products. That was my first time working in a BPO company. As a first-time agent, I learned a lot during my stay with the company. I learned how to enhance my English speaking skills and effective ways of talking to different types of customers. I also enhanced my confidence in talking with customers and providing excellent customer service.

I was also a QA validator. A QA validator is part of the Quality team. We are auditing the work of the back office agents to ensure they are following the Metrics our client set for us. I was then transitioned as a market researcher we called all US states to conduct different kinds of surveys depending on the topics provided by our client.

And my recent job. I was a customer service support for voice and chats in a Fintech Company. We also handled back office work like KYC compliance, Email management, tracking customers' remittances, and communicating with banks to ensure that all transactions comply with international banking regulations.

I was a customer service support for 4 years and I already know the ways how to effectively communicate with different types of customers.
