I have an experience as a Real Estate VA, specifically in Property Management. I am an Assistant Property Manager for more than a year. My tasks includes Lease Renewals, Maintenance, Arrears, Routine Inspection, Compliance, In-going and Out-going renters, Insurances, and etc.I am also an Inventory Associate for more than 2 years and my tasks involves overseeing the freezing procedure of the client's book balances before doing an actual count, making sure that the client's actual inventory count matches their frozen book balance.

Furthermore, I have some hots with Graphic design, and I was one of the design committee of our council during my 3rd year in college.
