I started in a small BPO Company and worked as an appointment setter for Timeshare Campaign. After 3 months, I decided to quit and joined one of the biggest BPO company here in the city and worked as a Market Researcher, the task was to conduct professional survey both commercial and political. After a year, I decided to work from home and my first job was an appointment setting job for NOVA, a credit card machine provider for local businesses. I've also worked as an appointment setter for a South African Real Estate Campaign. I've been a Virtual Assistant to a lovely couple who are based in Nevada and the task was to handle all their business dealings with clients. Manage their employees who're doing outbound calls for their MLM Business. After 4 years of working from home, I've decided to stop and work abroad to change my career path but plans didn't go the way it was planned so after 7 months I came back home and started my career again in a BPO Company. I worked as an Email Support for Uber. I started as Tier1 Support and was promoted to Tier2 until the company launched its Voice Support and I was one of the pioneering CSR and was promoted as a subject matter expert in 2 months. The task was to help agents with complicated customer concerns. After 2 years of working for Uber, I got pregnant and after giving birth I decided to work at home again so that I can spend more time with my family and kids. Also, working from home is more convenient as I don't need to spend more time with the travel time. So, I just recently worked for Personal Beauty & Wellness. It's a technology company that offers an online app to make bookings more convenient for both users and consultants. It is an appointment setting job and my task is to call local businesses and inform them about the app and ask if they would be available to for a quick call from my account manager.
