I worked for a Psychology Telehealth Clinic in Australia. I worked as a Customer Support-Appointment Squad my overall responsibility in the clinic is to set up appointments for Clients and Psychologists. I am also one of the main contacts where Psychologists asks for assistance in sending reports or letter to clients' respective GPs and Case Managers. Adding fees and MBS codes for each of the sessions for billing.
I also worked as an Administrative Assistant for an Educational Consulting Firm in the US as the main point of contact for the company. I am responsible for supporting the Director of Operations and CEO and reporting progress to the Director of Operations and CEO. I am also responsible for the first touch of clients whether it is over the phone or via social media.
I experienced working for a Hospitality Management and Vacation home rental agency in West Hollywood, California. My main duties are to track the supplies of each property I periodically check to track information for placed orders and notify the Procurement Team with any items delayed, extended “in-transit” times, etc.
I also worked in a Medical Supply Store in the US as a Data Entry Specialist I am the one who updates clients’ information and important details in EMR/EHR and as well as updates medical records of the patients.
