Mabuhay! AS a previous Room Service Operator and Asst. Waitress for the Food and Beverage Department, I believe that the skills and experience I have acquired has prepared me to accept a more challenging but fulfilling position in the Company.

Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, a team player and a problem solver. I consider myself a fast learner and I can follow instructions effectively.
The following are my specific qualifications for the job:
· Ability to supervise other people. As a Room Service Operator I supervise the schedule and movement of waiters under my watch in order to efficiently fulfill guest orders.
· Retail experience. Not only do I take and punch orders but I also engage guests and encourage them to make bar purchases via suggestive selling.
· Familiarity and knowledge in FSS, BonVoyage, and CrunchTime applications.
· Problem Solving Skills. I can calmly and clearly talk to guests who would call with various complaints regarding their orders and offer positive solutions to would satisfy their needs.
· Proficiency in MS Office and overall computer skills.
· Time Management. I can multi-task by being able to answer orders but at the same time complete other tasks such as inventory and scheduling during my shift.
· I have an outgoing personality and I can engage guests whether on the phone or in public areas.
