I have worked with a good reliable company for almost three years. I was trained to answer emails, live chat, calls (inbound) and handle help desk/customer complaints. I strongly believe that providing an exceptional customer service includes understanding the customers' concerns, resolving and following up with them to make sure all of their expectations have been met and exceeded.
Aside from providing email and phone support, I also am passionate in doing transcription and editing jobs. I always make sure to accomplish a task in good quality and in a timely manner.
