I have been a customer service and technical support representative for a total of eight months, where my responsibilities include answering incoming calls, build rapport with customers, do data entry, resolving customer's issues and customers’ satisfied, and a lot more.

I have also been and an administrative assistant for two years. My responsibilities as an administrative assistant include basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, research, writing letters, data entry, email management, admin of our company’s Facebook page, and updating the company’s website.

Additionally, I also have experience handling my Facebook business page, checking insights, moderating comments, replying to messages, creating content, doing graphic designs using Photoshop, Canva, and other photo editing tools.

I have been able to utilize the skills I have to contribute to the success of the clients for whom I have worked. I can quickly learn new things and can think out of the box!
