I was then promoted to a Supervisor/Team Lead role at the same company, overseeing the T-Mobile account from September 2021 to September 2022. In this position, I managed a team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality performance.
Most recently, I worked as a Creative Consultant at Awesome OS from March 2023 to April 2025, where I focused on processing ads and collaborating with account executives and clients. This progression has allowed me to develop a versatile skill set, balancing customer service, leadership, and creative responsibilities.
