I've been with the BPO industry for 5 long years. The accounts I've handled includes sales, CSR and Email support, I also do tech support. Expedia was my first company, it is an online travel agency, I do CSR, sales and tech support for travelers who needs help with the website or with their tickets. Then i got moved to a different department, the E-mail team, my main job was to answer emails about complaints, queries and positive feedback. After that, i felt the urge for career advancement so I applied for a different job and I was chosen to become 1 of the pioneer agents for United Airlines here in the Philippines. Then after that, I became an ESL teacher, I teach Chinese Basic English to Business English.
