As you will see from the attached resume, I've built my career in a BPO environment which is focused but not limited to customer service satisfaction. In my five years of being a Customer Service Representative I have already encountered many kinds of customers, but still I am learning until now. But I am confident enough to help and assist them to the best of my skills and abilities. And I can say that it is always a challenge to please what the customer wants and give what they need.

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I'm also a fanatic for details, particularly to what the customer is up to and why they contact the support. And as expected I deliver a great customer service that is beyond what clients required me to do.

Lastly but certainly not the least, I still want to develop my skills and ability in handling customers' issues and helping them resolve it. I can say that I have that passion in giving a satisfaction in helping them and I really like it. It is always an achievement for me when I do something extra mile for the customer not just for my work but for myself as well.
