Hi there! I'm April, I'm from Iloilo City Philippines.

I bring 2 years of hands-on accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts payable, where I handled bills, payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating with suppliers. I also became an accounts receivable specialist, which tasked me with recording daily transactions, processing invoice, issuing receipts to customers, and ensuring timely collections.

I was trained as a bookkeeper skilled in Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO) for 1 month with actual cases. I have learned how to organize and manage data using Excel formulas and upload transactions into a CSV file. I can perform bank categorization ,bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. I prepare monthly financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss to support efficient cash flow management.

My skills in bookkeeping gives me confidence to help business owners gain financial clarity by setting up efficient, reliable systems that streamline operations and support growth.
