I worked as HR Assistant but functioning as generalist. I'm into Recruitment, Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee Relation and Admin works. I was assigned in Head office and allso handling 8 more branches by myself with minimal supervision. Therfore, I must say that I can work independently. I am a good team player but can also lead. I am detail oriented and delivering result in time. Worked in a fast pacing company is my advantage. I am very passionate and desicated i my work.
