I am a goal-oriented and highly motivated individual who is always eager to learn new things and continuously enhance my knowledge and skills. My first professional experience was as a Sales Associate from 2018 to 2019. During this period, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills by engaging directly with customers, identifying their needs, and offering products that best suited their preferences. This role taught me the importance of excellent customer service, patience, and effective communication. I learned how to build rapport, handle objections, and ensure customer satisfaction, which not only helped me reach sales goals but also strengthened my confidence in dealing with different kinds of people.

After my time in sales, I transitioned into a more analytical role as a Business Operations Associate/ Data Operations Associate. In this position, I was responsible for extracting, analyzing, and managing data to support business projects. My daily tasks involved handling project-based assignments, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data outputs. I also collaborated closely with my teammates to coordinate deliverables, attend meetings, and respond to client concerns through communication channels such as Slack. This experience helped me develop strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Working in business operations allowed me to understand the importance of teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. I learned how to maintain high-quality work standards while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. It also gave me the opportunity to strengthen my technical and communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I believe that my background in both sales and operations has provided me with a strong foundation of customer service, data management, and teamwork.
