Collaborate with and manage cross functional stakeholders including business lines, senior level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, Graphics and Media Designers, Quality Controllers, sales, marketing and operations for development of IT learning products.
Analysis of customer feedback and inclusion of requirements in the new designs specification documents.
Proactive analysis of existing portfolio to upgrade same to the new market and organization standards.
Leading innovation workshops with team for identification of new learning design and better techniques for IT trainings.
