Limerick Fixed Term Contract Worked as customer & Social Media manager for NEUÚ Seaweed Skincare. NEUÚ Seaweed Skincare is a start-up company which specialises in producing and selling natural seaweed-based skincare products for men. Primary role was ensuring prompt response to online queries via email and taking general inquires, credit and payment inquires and support calls. The role expanded to managing NEUÚ digital social media platforms, developing and maintaining the brand’s social media content calendar and e-commerce platform.
