I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from a prestigious institution. During my studies, I completed a comprehensive 1440-hour on-the-job training at Mactan Cebu International Airport, where I gained hands-on experience in airport operations, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role honed my ability to manage time efficiently, handle high-pressure situations, and deliver excellent service.
Additionally, I have worked as a Product Specialist at ON Semiconductor in Cebu. In this role, I operated machinery and ensured the quality of PESA products for delivery to other companies. I use tools such as CapCut, Adobe, and Canva to create engaging content and handle all aspects of social media management. My experience includes developing content strategies, scheduling posts, and responding to audience engagement. I am skilled at managing negative comments and fostering a positive online community. Although I have no formal content creation experience, I am eager to learn and expand my skills in this area.
