I’ve also worked as a content moderator, which helped me sharpen my attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Throughout my experience, I’ve realized that I’m most energized when I’m helping others—whether it’s solving a problem, guiding someone through a process, or simply being a reliable support. That’s what drew me to talent acquisition. I see it as an opportunity to build meaningful connections and help people find roles where they can thrive, while also supporting business growth.
