I am Anza, an MBA graduate from Madonna University, and I am born and raised in U.A.E. I have specialized in Business administration. I am also skilled in MS office packages (Power point, teams). I enjoy being well organized and focused. I have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. I do possess organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
My skills include editing and creating content with Canva, MS excel, MS teams, HubSpot and other MS Office tools. I have experience in answering incoming emails to ensure clients are replied to in a timely manner. I can manage emails efficiently and have experience in data entry. I can also Manage and organize accurate records and documentation. I also have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. I know how to prioritize tasks when they encounter problems. I can take quick initiative as this would mean that high-priority tasks might not be completed during expected emergencies or downtime.
I have a vibrant personality with an essence of faith in Knowledge and perseverance. I am able to work independently and make decisions with limited direction and under tight deadlines. and I am fluent in both oral and written English. I do possess business writing skills.
