I have a background on customer service, lead conversion, CRM management and appointment setting. I don't just HANDLE TASKS, i own pipelines, nurture leads and turn conversations into conversions. I understand that behind every inquiry is a real person with objections, hesitations, and questions, and I know how to navigate all three confidently.

My experience is rooted in working directly with inbound leads, responding promptly, qualifying interest, handling objections, following up strategically, and guiding prospects toward making informed decisions. I have managed situations where leads go silent, ask for discounts, request proof of value, or hesitate due to timing. Instead of seeing those as roadblocks, I see them as opportunities to listen better, position value clearly, and move the conversation forward.

Because my job needs me to highly organised when it comes to CRM and pipeline management, i make use of HubSpot to track deals, manage follow ups, document interactions properly and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. I have also worked with Freshdesk to manage customers inquires and maintain structured support. I also make use of Slack to ensure team collaboration. I am also comfortable working with Calendly, Google Meet and Zoom to schedule appointments.

I understand both sides of the conversation, the business goals and the customer’s hesitation and to balance empathy with persuasion. I follow up without being pushy, handle objections without being defensive, keep records clean and organized so decision-making becomes easier for the team.
