CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
1. Since August 2014 with Laika Organisazation for Educational and Social Development
in Kannauj.
As a Team Leader in Laika Organization:
Responsible for baseline survey of households and to carry out PRA to understand the
village dynamics, identify target groups, vulnerable families, understand the access to and
control over the existing natural resources, assess its present condition etc. Document
and analyze the outcomes of the PRA.
Create awareness and sensitize all the stakeholders on the project goals and its
implementation strategies through various programs. Responsible for formation of
community based organizations, strengthening of CBOs by handholding and through
various trainings and exposure visits. Support for conducting Gram Sabhas, meetings and
workshops and documentation of proceedings different levels.
Responsible for increase education level of children of target groups so that they can live
a better life in future. Sometimes we have to visit with Children at schools for their
admission.
Makes regular visit to the field as per the agreement and also attends CBO meetings in
supporting them for proper conduct of meetings.
Also responsible for make aware People about NUHA Pvt. ITI for admissions and the
benefits of ITI courses.
2. Since Feb 2014 to May 2014 with IMRB International as a Team in Charge in IBBS Main
Survey of NACO (National AIDS Control Organization).
Established in 1971, IMRB International is a pioneer in market research. IMRB is a member of the

As a Team In Charge Role in IMRB International:
Managing service administration, strategy & planning, process to ensure effective work
within the given time.
Working area was Central Delhi i.e., Paharganj, Karol Bagh, G B Road etc.
Prepare Female sex worker (FSW) for interview and for Blood Samples so that team can
work easily.
Rendering guidance to new team members on work procedure, process flow and knowledge
resource.
Ensuring that the team supporting to each other and personally taking care of any escalation.
Responsible for maintaining good working environment and develop good working team.
3. Since May 2013 to Jan 2014 with Save Life Society as a Fund Raiser in Noida.
As a Fund Raiser in Save Life Society:
Responsible for raising the fund of NGO for help of Poor so that NGO can help properly.
Sometimes manage whole the office when my Team Leader was absent.
Collection of donation from donor to raise the fund of NGO.
Sometimes visit with children at schools for their admission.
Provide monetary help to poors whoever is admitting at Hospitals.
