Working Experiences: Lavaseats - Social Media Management/Inventory Manager/ Real Estate This is a ticketing company and I was able to handle a team that manages the inventory of the unsold and sold data of tickets. I also made the process documents for each task we do and I used Google Docs to document each process. I also organize all the events, concerts, and even sports that are selling from highest to lowest. We use different software to manage the inventory for those sold and unsold data. We also do fulfillment for those tickets that are already sold. But due to the pandemic, the tasks and responsibilities were changed to social media management. I was able to manage accounts on IG, Twitter, and TikTok and also learned how to make content to post on social media platforms. I also became a Team Lead and I was able to train newbies and other team members for their new tasks and responsibilities. I also made process documents for each task, and the company uses them for newbies and other members that are new to their roles. I have also learned basic Real Estate. The client was focusing on Retail Buildings and we use ClientLook as the CRM tool. We also use LandVision, CoStar, and Loopnet for getting information about properties specifically in California State. We also use TLOxp tool for skip tracing and finding the right phone numbers and emails for the owner of a company or the property that the client is interested in. REPS and CO. - Executive Virtual Assistant / Data Entry/Inventory Management I worked with the ticketing company as an Executive Virtual Assistant for ticket brokers. They put me on a special team after training and after just a couple of months, I became a trainer and a team lead. My main task aside from being an EVA is being the pricing assistant. This is one of the special tasks that they offer. I know how to use SeatScouts and BrokerGenius software to price tickets. This is one of my major tasks and I am very keen to detail in this thing because if I priced wrong, it will cause loss to the company. One of my tasks is to organize those events that are profitable and I arranged them according to lowest to highest priority. We used the google spreadsheet for the data that we input. I also analyzed and solved problems when something that we needed to fix on our system. Sezmi Digital Marketing - Virtual Assistant/Email Marketing and Management I worked with an American client who owns a Digital Marketing Company. The goal for this project was to get information like emails, names, company names, and websites of the founders of those tech companies in Michigan and Indiana. We send emails to them and offer services specialized in optimizing their websites. My specific tasks here were to generate or make google spreadsheets and find information from Linkedin. I used the Nymeria tool for finding their emails which is the most important part of this project. We use different tools to find the leads email addresses like Nymeria, Toofr, and other preferred tools that the company was using to find the leads email addresses. I also use the quickemailverification tool to verify those emails if they are valid emails and so that those tools we use in sending emails would not receive many bounce emails. Whenever I get more results, it means that there will be more chances for the company to grow as well and more opportunities to work with different people. The Systems Method/Mortgage Debt Relief - Executive VA/Lead Generation Specialist I worked with an American client an Executive VA specialized in lead generation and he was a business mentor at The System Method. I was given a task to manage one of his projects for Mortgage Debt Relief. My tasks were to collect leads from 10 county websites that are located in Denver, Colorado. I always used google spreadsheets to report and I made a database out of it. As my everyday task, I prepared a foreclosure list of those properties in Denver. I also used manychat apps as our tool to communicate with those leads. I also did some research to get information like their phone numbers and their emails and I also checked if leads are existing through truepeoplesearch website.
