With a Master's in Rural Development, I have honed my skills in project management, team leadership, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I have successfully led various initiatives, including my recent role as Project Coordinator at LEADS, where I managed program implementation and budgeting to maximize impact.

My previous experience at World Vision India as a Sponsorship Operation Coordinator allowed me to develop strong relationships with sponsors and ensure accurate data management for child sponsorship programs. I take pride in my ability to train and mentor staff and community members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives positive change. My work included translating the sponsors' correspondence into Hindi for the child's correspondence in English for the sponsor.
