Global Work Experience - Prior experience working with distributed teams globally providing Virtual CFO/Fractional CFO/Advisory services including US, UK, Europe, UAE, APAC and ANZ. 

Experience in leading finance for legal entities in US & UK including accounting, monthly-close activities, audit, collections, payroll processing, audits/assurance reviews, due diligence, investor reporting, MIS preparation, fund-raising and financial modeling. 

Post M&A Integration – Managed multiple post M&A integration projects with focus on revenue, MSAs, SoWs, creation of billable sku’s, ledger & tax code mapping, mapping with Chart of Accounts, data migration & reconciliation, sales opportunity to revenue conversion and ledger mapping etc. 

Cost Optimization - Worked on cost optimization projects and identified areas where cost can be reduced without compromising any change in quality of output. 

Special Projects/Project Management - Worked on various special projects based on management requests from time to time. 

Controllership - Controllership role for IBM Server business for India/South Asia with top line of 130 Mn $. 

Shared Services/CoE Transition – Experience in transitioning processes to back-offices in the Netherlands & UAE and setting-up back office function in India. 

Process Compliance - Setting up Finance processes, checks & controls, reconciliation templates, compliance checks to ensure that the business is secured from external statutory and compliance risks. 

Revenue Recognition - Expert in revenue recognition & detection of revenue leakage with exposure in ASC 606 implementation.
