In India, the concept of Delicatessens is present only in 5-star hotels, which are very expensive. The Company saw a gap and wanted to open a chain of Delicatessens in Mumbai. So we (Team of 3) had to design a model by studying the prospective competitors and doing a feasibility study by conducting a customer survey (Sample size-450) at Nine key retail locations in Mumbai.
