Worked at client location – McDonald‟ Corporation, East Finchley, London, UK for

1. OHR Patching Project Description:
Existing OHR application (version 12.0.6) used by McDonald‟s for their human resource
management was required to be patched to bring it to the latest level of version 12 (i.e.
version 12.0.11). This included RUP patches 7-11 & some standalone patches as
recommended by Oracle Corporation.
Responsibilities:

2. ORS Simplification Project Description:
ORS Application is primarily used for recruitment purpose within McDonald‟s UK. It
mainly consists of following portals:
1. RMS Recruitment Portal
2. Candidate Portal
This application allows candidates to apply for various job positions within McDonald‟s
through Candidate portals respective to the position titles. As part of this project,
various Candidate portals pertaining to each job position at McDonald‟s will be
undergoing improvements with the aim of improving both candidate and user
experience by introducing a Responsive design and thereby simplifying the job
application process.
Responsibilities:
Worked on Requirement analysis provided by Business.

3. Re-Rate Project Description:
In McDonald‟s UK, Re-Rate is the percentage increase in an Hourly Paid employee‟s
Regular rates based on their performance rating of that year. Re-Rate process &
Employee Uplift process in combination ensure that the employee receives the „Annual
raise‟ & their rates are at least the minimum of what McDonald‟s has determined that
should be paid for employee of each grade & age bracket. This is preferred to be done
once the Annual Performance Reviews are logged for both McDonald‟s owned
restaurants and franchised restaurants.

4. Living Wages and Flat Increment Project Description:
In April 2016 the UK government introduced a new mandatory National Living Wage for
workers aged 25 and over. McDonalds have proposed to Increment the hourly wages of
all employees by a certain percentage before applying the new living wages. As the
percentage increase value could be different for different Franchisee a configurable
solution is required.
