I have expertise with customer service at Amazon, where I worked as a delivery station liaison, connecting with delivery workers to advise them to deliver the merchandise and connecting with customers to solve their difficulties. I was responsible for a six-person staff as well as a delivery team. My skills in problem solving, team management, time management, and communication were refined throughout my time at Amazon.
I also worked as a Sport Leader at Decathalon, a French sports store, where I was responsible for my sport and assisted customers in finding the best product for their needs, as well as making suggestions regarding their activity. Decathalon has helped me gain confidence in my communication, patience, and management skills.
Aside from that, in my spare time, I teach, write material, and counsel people. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology.
