I’m a Senior MDM/UEM Engineer with 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale device fleets across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. My core expertise spans Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and VMware Workspace ONE, and I’ve built a reputation for delivering complex migrations cleanly, on time, and without disruption to business operations.

My most notable work includes leading the migration of 65,000 devices from Ivanti Neurons to Jamf Pro for T-Mobile — one of the largest telecoms MDM migrations on record — with zero downtime and full business continuity. I also drove Lululemon North America’s 25,000-device migration, completing it two weeks ahead of schedule through proactive planning and tight cross-team coordination.

Beyond migrations, I own end-to-end device lifecycle management — from APNs, DEP, and VPP configuration to Per-App VPN, conditional access, and certificate management. I’ve implemented Managed App Configuration for 50+ enterprise applications and engineered a phased rollout strategy that reduced deployment-related outages by 95%, now adopted as the team’s standard release model.

I have a strong automation mindset. I’ve built Bash tooling for macOS that fully automated application installation, configuration, and local admin provisioning — eliminating manual overhead and enforcing policy-compliant deployments at scale. On the identity side, I’ve administered Entra ID group membership for 10,000+ users, managing Zscaler VPN provisioning and conditional access policy enforcement.

I hold Jamf 300 and VCP–Digital Workspace certifications, and I’m equally comfortable in the weeds of a tier-3 escalation as I am presenting solutions to cross-functional stakeholders. I’ve authored 200+ knowledge base articles and consistently maintained a 95% first-contact resolution rate on escalations.
