As a Group Champion in agribusiness, my main responsibility is to lead and coordinate our team
members to generate a sustainable income from agribusiness activities. This involves fostering a
collaborative environment where each member feels valued and motivated to work towards our common
goals. I provide guidance, support, and mentorship. My role as a Group Champion is not only to drive
productivity and innovation but also to cultivate a positive work culture that promotes teamwork,

WORK HISTORY
March 2024 to Date: Independent Contractor (Trade Finance Executive) Euro Exim Bank Ltd
I am tasked with developing new and profitable trade finance channels in varied industries and segments,
market analysis, facilitating import-export transactions, providing working capital solutions, or mitigating
risks through instruments like letters of credit or trade finance insurance.
March 2022 to Date: Acceler Global Logistics/ Safaricom PLC
Acceler Global Logistics Ltd is an international freight and logistics service company that plans, implements,
and operates complex supply chain solutions on a national, regional, and global scale on behalf of medium to
large corporate firms. The company has between 600-700 employees.
I. Transport & Facilities Administrator, March 2023 to Date
Due to my outstanding performance, I was nominated by the top management to work in the transport
department. This is where the core business of Acceler Global Logistics Ltd is managed and coordinated. I
am tasked with the following duties:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring our calendars are organized and up-todate.
Handling incoming and outgoing emails, drafting responses on behalf of transport manager, and
managing other forms of correspondence.
Implementing company policies and logistical plans.
Consultation, reporting, and liaising with the transport team at all times.
Carrying out budgeting as well as regular reviews and reconciliation of funds to minimize shortfalls.
Preparing cash forecasts to respond promptly to Logistics financial obligations; liaising with other
units to ensure prompt reimbursement.
Contributing to the preparation of project documents, funding proposals, and fund status reports as
may be requested
Ensuring adequate funds are available in the Logistics Special Account (LSA) to cover expenditures
related to logistics clients' cargo, monitor and report on consumption of LSA funds.
II. Customer Service Officer (Safaricom Warehouse) December 2023 to February 2023
Safaricom been the largest telecommunication in Kenya and one of the most profitable companies
in the East and Central Africa region, as a customer service we were supposed to go above and
beyond to meet customer expectations, addressing feedback and complaints constructively, and
striving to create positive interactions that foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Providing timely and effective assistance to our customers by addressing their inquiries, offering
guidance on products and services.
Organizing and maintaining files, databases, and other records to ensure easy access to information.
Analyzing problems, identify solutions, and guide customers via calls and emails.
III. Billing Administrator (Safaricom Warehouse) September to November 2022
Preparing quotations and proposals and securing all the necessary approvals prior to submission.
Proactively identifying issues and finding solutions, often anticipating the needs of our clients hence
streamlining our processes and enhancing efficiency.
Preparing billing summary, apportioned monthly distribution summary, and advising the
management on the same.
Preparing account statements for customers, receiving invoices from our clients, and ensuring
all the payments are done.
Preparing credit application forms and forwarding them to our clients and ensuring debtors'
accounts are paid on due dates.
IV. Inventory Administrator (Safaricom Warehouse) March to August 2022
Preparing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators.
Liaising with all our freight forwarders to ensure prompt communication and issuance of
cargo collection instructions.
Routing, delivery, and liaising with all our freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all the necessary importation documents before the
goods leave their origin.
Handle all customers’ complaints amicably, respond to their queries through calls and emails,
hold monthly progress review meetings with our clients, and take appropriate corrective
actions
Work closely with other staff and managers to ensure a seamless flow of information between
Acceler Global Logistics and our clients.
September – December 2017: Internship at Kenya Trade Network Agency
The Kenya Trade Network Agency is a state agency established by the National Government of Kenya
designated with easing cross-border trade through the establishment, management, and implementation
of the first National Electronic Single Window
I worked at the Contact Service and Contact Centre Department. My duties included;
Email and Correspondence Management: Responding to customers' queries on calls and emails.
Serving as a point of contact between organization, staff members, clients, and external stakeholders,
and conveying messages accurately and promptly.
Facilitating international trade by helping international traders lodge regulatory import and exportrelated documentation electronically.
Mapping Unique Consignment Reference Number and Import Declaration Form
Facilitating user registration by creating the user lot.
May – September 2015: Internship at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum, Kenya
Human Resources Assistant
Assisting with meeting preparation by coordinating agendas, preparing materials, and
arranging facilities and taking minutes during the meetings.
Preparation of Agenda for Ministerial Human Resource Management Advisory Committee
(MHRMAC) and ensuring their implantation.

ACHIEVEMENTS
I.
Scholarship 2019
I was awarded a merit-based scholarship by the Chinese government (Ministry of Commerce) to study
for a master's degree for being an outstanding student during my undergraduate.
II.
Grant 2019
While I was studying for my master’s degree in China, I was awarded a grant by the Hunan University,
College of Business Administration to participate in an international training camp for innovation and
entrepreneurship (ITCIE) fall from September to December 2019, this because of my outstanding
performance at the university.
III.
Gift Hamper 2017
While I was working at the Kenya Trade Network Agency, I was given a gift hamper by Haco
Industries Kenya Ltd, during the customer service week for being the best performer in the customer
service and contact Centre department.
IV.
Prize 2019
I was given a prize by Hunan University for participating in the 2019 Hunan Sports and Tourism
Festival (the Belt and Road International Sports Cultural Exchange Games) held in Lang Shan City,
Hunan Province, China.
Completed (three) 3 dissertations and a business plan. Two projects writing during my undergraduate
and a dissertation at the Master’s level. All the projects received good results and gave me tremendous
experience in research writing.
