We assist customers regarding their inquiries or questions about their phone service and also we provide troubleshooting steps in case there is a problem with their phones. Safelink and Safelink California is a government assistance program or Lifeline program that can provide phone service for people that have an income that is at or below 135% of the federal Poverty Guidelines, or participate in one of the following assistance programs Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
