Hi, My name is Carl. I am currently working as a part-time Executive Assistant to a Real Estate Company Owner. Prior to this, I was also a Cold Caller and a Lead Generation Specialist turned to Acquisitions Director, also for a Real Estate Firm. Right now, my main responsibility is to act as a transaction coordinator, where I am actively working on the entire process of closing deals which includes lead generation, cold calling, computations, virtual meetings with sellers and brokers, creating contracts etc. My other responsibilities are making personal and business calls, creating timesheets for payroll, coordinating business transactions, checking of and responding to emails, creating google sheets, putting job posts and interviewing applicants, on-boarding of employees, scheduling and other tasks along the way. I know the circumstances of working through inconsistent hours as I experience it first-hand, and I am very much fine with that. I have understood and loved the nature of virtual platform and I am very excited to grow and work with you. I have been working in the home-based and corporate world for more than 10 years so I know the great deal of work ethics. I have been in customer service and client service for my entire career.
