Hello, I am an English teacher, translator, and assistant from Mendoza Argentina, who is passionate about learning new things. I have worked for the last six years as a teacher and translator. I have also worked as an administrative assistant for the last two years. In my jobs, I have used different tech skills, like I am proficient in using general ophimatics. My goal is to work for a company that makes me improve professionally and personally speaking. I would love to work for companies that offer home office jobs.
Tasks Experience:
1. General Admin Tasks
– In my previous job I acquired the experience in updating spreadsheets about the incomes and expenses. I sent emails or used any other kind of communication channel to provide a full overview on the information clients requiered.
-I was also able to take notes during meetings, generating reports, organizing the documents for my bosses and let them know what had happened during meetings.
2. Costumer Service and Support.
-I have experience in talking to people, answering calls from new people requesting information about what courses the Institute gave, replying to emails, checking clients payments, writing clients an udpdate about their situation as regards payments and delays. Moreover, I took information about credit cards and payments over the phone, which was a new experience for me.
3.Manage CRM & Data Entry.
-I have worked with data entry. I was in charge of submitting data about clients and payments on data bases and I was also in charge of looking up for information if it was missed.
4.Basic Bookkeeping.
– I have plenty of experience in following-up and receiving payments, categorizing expenses and in other basic bookkeeping tasks. I have done these tasks for 2 years for an Institute in which we needed to have accounts clear.
5.Calendar Management & Appointment Setting.
– I have plenty of experience in planning and organizing calendars according to the clients needs. In my previous role I had task of organizing appointments and schedules for the entire year.
