My name is Anthony Romagnolo and I am a Fullstack Software Engineer, who loves Blockchain Technology as well as Science Education. I am currently the Creative Director as well as a Flutter Developer for a startup company called Spacetwin Systems. The majority of my time is spent coding frontend & backend solutions for the mobile/web applications that we have created.
I spend my free time getting heavily immersed into software/web development and all things considered Web3. I like to do freelance coding work for projects being created on Ethereum. I have done 2 NFT projects so far this year and have been hired for a third. I spend about 2 hours every morning watching videos and reading articles about the blockchain/cryptocurrencies, not only the financial, but the political and more importantly the tech news. I then share all this news in a discord server I run for my peers who want to learn more and understand what's going on from day to day.
My education comes from Adelphi University where I received a Bachelor's degree in Physics. The courses here were more engineering based, so I was lucky to have the opportunity to gain coding knowledge as most professors tried to incorporate coding into the classes. We used JavaScript, HTML, MATLAB and Python over the years.
After college I also received additional education from two online schools to increase my coding knowledge & skill set. The first online school I graduated from was the Flatiron Coding bootcamp where I took the Fullstack Software Engineering part-time course. Here I learned skills such as React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Sinatra, SQL, and advanced my knowledge with JavaScript and HTML.
The second online school I graduated from was Dapp University, a Blockchain Developer bootcamp where I learned skills to be used in Web3. Mainly how to develop and test an app on the Ethereum blockchain as well as to read/write information to and from the blockchain. I truly learned a great deal of Solidity, and also how to use Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, plus the Ether.js library. I was also able to advance my skills with React and Redux during my enrollment at Dapp University.
It is important to me to always continue learning and expanding my knowledge. I adapt and learn super quick, being a teacher and a student is probably my best skill. I am a team player and have great communication. Transparency is important to me and I would consider myself a loyal individual. I enjoy comradery and love having the team feel like a family. In my opinion it allows for work to get completed more efficiently and with quality.
