I have over 13 years of experience in the BPO industry and out of the 13 years of experience is a decade of it are coming from leadership program. The accounts that I have worked with were Reliance Equity, Amazon and Virgin media. I have 2 yrs of experience in car selling as I worked with Toyota as a Marketing professional, which includes in-house financing. I specialize at Customer Care, managing people and developing people. I had Six Sigma training from my previous company which was associated with Amazon. I have also experience in Home Equity Loan, as I worked with Reliance Equity Acquisition, which specializes with people building their credit score by refinancing their properties. Having all of these experience I can work under pressure with minimal supervision. I have recently received an extra mile award from Virgin Media for being one of the best customer support for 2018.
