I have been in the BPO industry for 8 years. I have handled different campaigns from financial accounts, Internet Service Providers and Real Estate. I have been an agent for sales then after a couple of months, i have become a sales verifier. I have been a technical support representative then afterwards i have been promoted as a coach for the campaign. I have been an appointment setter for Real Estate and for Business to Business accounts. Well, i can say that i am already equipped and prepared for anything.
