WORK EXPERIENCE: Fidelity Investments, Smithfield, RI Jun 2018 - Aug 2018 Technical Intern • On Chris Wojtowicz’s agile Core Software Engineering team, I collaborated with another intern on the Benefits Registry Administration UI, which required front and back-end web development skills. I built the front-end of the app (using tools such as Handlebars.js, HTML5, and CSS3) and linked it to the backend. • Gained exposure to Java coding through other small assignments from coworkers over the summer. Fidelity Investments, Smithfield, RI Jul 2017 - Aug 2017 Technical Intern • Contributed to Rahil Nizamuddin’s team, which develops financial services products for internal and external customers. • I was tasked with reducing the size of a weekly list of status reports which used Infopath, Excel, and Powerpoint. Instead, I opted to transfer the data from Excel tables to a mySQL database, allowing the data to be accessed and manipulated by any project managers via a PHP-based web application. ACTIVITIES: Walpole Little League, Walpole Babe Ruth, Hockomock Summer Baseball, Walpole High School Baseball, CCD (10 Years), Set up for St. Timothy’s Parish Picnic.
