JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare project structure on SAP and secure documents for planning and implementation.
Conducts surveys and inspections for assigned projects within AOR.
Provide Site Preparation, EE/ME plans and OSP plans for client requirements and basis for proper standards.
Conduct meetings with electrical contractors and contract management.
Ensure that project materials and equipments are completely installed and properly delivered in accordance with the specifications and standards of the company and clients.
Ensures availability of resources to avoid projects delays.
Plans, manages, supervise and monitors projects to make sure all activities are well implemented and on schedule.
Conducts and executes test protocols together with PLDT accredited contractors to gurantee the installation, commissioning and integration of equipments.
Prepare necessary documents(Request Order/PLD) to be used to withdraw materials from warehouse.
Hauling of equipments, installation materials and other passive components to project sites and secures to avoid lost
Coordinates and meets with PLDTcontractor, building engineer, administrators, building contrators, regarding permit issuance, rules and regulations and other necessary matters for the implementation of the project.
Prepare and provides necessary documents for billing process.
Consolidates information involving completed and on-going projects.
