Carbon sequestration in Katraj Lake (2011)  Conducted for Master’s thesis in India for a period of 6 months  Focused on studying the carbon sequestration patterns in a lake, its variation and factors influencing it.  Collected lake water samples at regular intervals and analyzed them for various physiochemical parameters Biodiversity of microorganisms (2009)  Performed during my Bachelor’s.  It aimed at isolating an environmentally significant bacterium from water samples.  Various biochemical and microbiological tests were employed.  This research was presented at a research competition at Mumbai, India.
