As a Software Engineer, I have a proven track record of developing high-impact, scalable solutions. In my current role as a Software Engineer II at Zeno Health, I have engineered and managed a high-performance payment gateway that processes over 15,000 transactions daily. I have also designed and optimized ETL pipelines for the monthly migration of more than 10 billion records , developed and integrated web scraping solutions to build an extensive eCommerce database, and led a 10-person development team to achieve critical business objectives. A key accomplishment has been implementing and scaling NLP and GPT-4 powered chatbots that now handle over one million customer inquiries. Previously, at Carelon Global Solutions, I led the creation of a low-code platform for a Data API Gateway, which reduced development time from 14 days to just 2 hours using templates. There, I engineered a fault-tolerant core that supported over 2000 data scientists and more than five applications, while also managing the lifecycle of diverse data models and implementing effective alerts. My earlier experience as a Fullstack Developer at Nex Verse Pvt. Ltd. involved developing the UI for a Cordova-based hybrid social media app , leveraging Node.js for server-side development and MongoDB for data storage.
