I am an experienced Lead Business Analyst with nearly 12 years of experience and 8 yearsau in the SaaS industry, specializing in CRM Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Project Management. My career spans end-to-end CRM process transformation, data governance, automation, and cross-functional program leadership across global GTM teams.

My earlier experience at WebEngage involved building GTM prospecting strategies, conducting competitor research, and creating market intelligence assets for regions like EMEA and the Middle East.
