My name is Anozie Lydia Chibuzo, and I am a dedicated and detail oriented Virtual Assistant with a growing specialization in IT support services and customer service. I am passionate about helping businesses stay organized, efficient and responsive while delivering excellent support to both teams and clients.

I have developed strong administrative skills, including email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, internet research and customer support. I am confident in handling day to day operations that keep businesses running smoothly. Beyond administrative support, I am currently building my expertise in IT support, where I am learning how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users remotely and resolve basic technical challenges efficiently.

As part of my IT support training, I am gaining hands on knowledge in system troubleshooting, network basics, device setup and the use of remote support tools. I am also learning how to work with ticketing systems, document technical issues and provide step by step guidance to users, especially those with non technical backgrounds. This has helped me improve my communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical problems into easy to understand solutions.
